The problem with American politics on both sides right now is this:
Politicians are more concerned about how their MESSAGE is being RECEIVED than they are in their POLICIES being EFFECTIVE.

Some folks seem to think that criticizing Democratic politicians is off-limits because the GOP is "worse." I expect nothing from the GOP; they are obviously a part of racists and Nazis. I DO expect something from the political party purporting to represent the "resistance."
