I *am* a constitutional scholar and you are correct.
I am no constitutional scholar, but I can't help but feel that "the President gets to dictate what every university can teach and what every television station should broadcast" is closer to what the founding fathers were worried about when it comes to free speech than trigger warnings on syllabi.

The most disappointing piece of Commander Brackets feedback that we keep receiving is one portion of players insisting another portion doesn't exist or shouldn't be served by the system.
I assure you. There are players at every one of the existing brackets that have and deserve our attention.

One of the comments I have seen about brackets is “Who makes a deck worse than a precon?”
Which is funny, because most players probably do, even when they’re not trying to do that.
Building Magic decks is hard and most people are bad at it. Precons these days are good.

one thing i've learned in my years is that for information on foreign countries, read your country's newspapers. for information on your own country, read anyone else's. journalists are a lot better at reporting stuff that isn't beholden to their bosses or government
