Given this is making some waves - here is the piece and you can judge for yourself.

(I'm fine, there are no issues - right wing ecosystem just doing what right wing ecosystem does).

Take care of you - it's rough out there! Ax

Charlie Kirk died in the America he wanted
I mourn the loss of human life. I feel compassion, empathy and grief at an inexcusable killing. But I find nothing to lionise in his legacy.

Liba trying to threaten us with a good time?
Some anti-independent Liberal party propaganda through the door. Like this is a bad thing... #auspol

Dutton is finally being tested this election, and he's not passing
Maybe the first time in his political career, Peter Dutton is being tested. And so far he doesn’t seem to be passing.

But this is only 1 seat. We can also see Chisholm and Aston possibly going to Libs, but where are the other three to get to 6?
In the meantime, there will be losses. We can see 'Liberal' seats of Casey, Menzies and Wannon all going to independents. Monash is possible too.

Australians don’t trust politicians and elections are asking voters for their trust.

The 1st flyer received from our federal MP Aaron Violi was a data harvesting form designed to deceive us. A targeted scam to get personal details. This behaviour is dishonest and unethical.

Australians have a lot to be proud of, including our Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). The US drug companies want to water it down, and we need our elected leaders to be brave in defending it. In an increasingly dangerous world, we will need leaders to be braver than they have been for decades

The ABC will not survive a Dutton Government.

And in some ways the ABC is playing a significant role in its own demise by cowering to the very people who want to undermine it - & due to this they are also losing their loyal audience.

C'mon ABC - get your act together #auspol

It’s official - I am a candidate for the federal electorate of Casey. AEC Nomination Form accepted. Thank you to the 150 people that signed my form.

Casey has been represented by the Liberal Party for 52 years - let’s make history together in 2025

This is representative democracy. This is how Community Independents work - I turn up, I listen, I write it down, I circle back and ask for feedback, I transparently report the discussion.

Representative democracy is not taking a photo.

Looking for pain relief from the major parties - check me out.

My policies are the issues raised with me by our community, in person or from completing a community survey. My policy page is updated every week on my website.

How do I write my policies? Five steps.

These are very reasonable questions that all Australians should know to answer to.

The real question is - why is the press gallery incapable of asking them - so it’s left to citizens? #auspol

Need convincing that renewables is the right path? Globally solar installations 100x that for nuclear. The Liberal Party nuclear proposal is a distraction - too slow, too expensive and a 2 billion tonne emissions cherry on top to complete the illusion. It’s bad public policy.
#claire4casey #claireFM
Globally, solar and wind are being installed at a rate 5 times faster than all other energy sources combined - in 2024, new solar capacity installation was 100x that for nuclear.

Internationally, the markets have spoken on the clean energy transition.

Casey next, where there are 2,945 votes in it. Putting this one in the loss basket. Claire Ferres Miles has too much momentum.
Deakin, only 375 votes in it. There's no momentum for any parties. No vibe. We are cozy and dozy.
Sukkar will get back in. Might even have a tilt at leadership.

Voices for Casey, a local community group is committed to holding our elected representatives to account. We vote for people to represent us, but do they champion the issues we care about? Do they turn up for work? Do their behaviours meet your expectations? How would you know?

Community Independents support policy for their communities who are asking us to ban gambling advertising.

The major parties support policy of their donors, major corporations and lobbyists.

More Community Independents elected = policy by the people for the people. #claire4casey #claire4FM
Australia has the highest gambling losses in the world.

This decision by the government to dodge a tough issue is disappointingly gutless.
