Plein Airs, day 3. This here is the junction in Salamanca to the highway that leads on one side to Morelia, and in the other to Aguascalientes. I saw this while on a roadtrip with 3 friends I love very dearly. We encountered this storm later, and nearly had us pull over.

Plein Airs, day 2! I was thinking about how, as holy week approaches, some people in my country will do some pilgrimages to the Virgin Mary cathedral down in the capital, where they will ask for favour, or express gratitude for a miracle, by going up a long set of stairs entirely on their knees.

April is here, and along with some seasonal allergies, also comes the beautiful tradition of making plein airs all month! Hopefully, this year I'll manage to finally make all 30 of em!

Holy wow I've not been in here for a while, have I? Well, good thing I have a few things to show you. I've started this lil series, inspired by the time me and my family had to stay overnight in a small nameless town, far away from everything else, and wrapped in a blanket of thick darkness.
