No issue with this as long as he is viewed as a fifth starter type and the Cubs add more impact arms. Like the article states tho, if he is the only addition to the staff? Meh 🫤 We need impact arms and a damn bat.

Unpopular baseball take: Netflix had a good idea with the 2024 Red Sox doc, but what I really want to watch is a documentary series following a big-league umpiring crew. Three episodes, one hour each. The content we never knew we needed.
