My son, wonabe cycling pro, can tell if his seat or stem is 1mm too high or his tyres are 5psi over or under, but brakes? Meh!

Another day riding though the local vineyards (not pictured). It's great getting out on the road bike once again, just enjoying the countryside, smooth roads and patient drivers

First day of the hols, short ride with a big bastard hill. Everything I used to love about cycling, beautiful rolling countryside but with smooth roads and respectful motorists. Can you guess where I am? The windmill is quite famous

Productive weekend, mega bike ride and beers with club mates.
Today the lad was too ill to race the regional champs so sand down and oil the patio table. It's been my work bench for 4 years and it now looks good. Installed some patio lights too.

Longest ride for at least 4 years. It maybe be electrically assisted but over half the time was in vigorous to peak heart rate ranges.

My bike club has a gravel Ales'n'Trails gravel. 100km which will be my biggest ride for about 3-4 years. Battery boost will give the day out on the bike I used to regularly enjoy. Beer and Pizza at the end, possibly on route?

Penmachno MTB proved to be quite a challenge. Stunning scenery but very technical single track, so tight and little margin for error. Painful and expensive end to the day, battery cover fell off on the drive bike
