The last year or so I've been photographing a lot of the "free Palestine" stickers and posters around where I live in their different states (not sure what gotten me originally to start photographing them). This one is a more recent one that was heavily damaged.

Moving to a new place was more stressful than expected. I ended up finally getting time to work on art these last two days. Ended up using an old piece I gave up on now using it to get my frustrations out. I'm starting to have ideas for this piece.

Continuing to make progress on my painting. There is still areas I'm trying to build up the paint layers to get the texture I want. As well as, blocking more areas. I'm really enjoying this.

Work in progress medium sized gouache and watercolor painting (with some incense ash mixed in scattered around the painting) of an orange, yellow, and blue monster looking in the direction of a brown creature. Both are surrounded by nature. The orange monster is surrounded by fire. The paint strokes are very impressionist like. And the color choice for the painting is mainly more of a warm color scheme with some areas near the right side of the paintings are more cool toned. Playing around with texture, lighting, and use of shadow. I took this up close black and white photo of my newly done at the time (2020) top surgery scars. It shows my hairy freckled chest with one nipple (on my left side) being more visible than the other one. Dramatic shadow going across part of the right of my body.

Trying to figure out what to do with this piece since it originally was just me test printing my old photos (took long time actually organizing all those) and I didn't want to waste the paper so I added more to it with gouache.
