made salsa for the, well, third time. the first time was an embarrassing mess several years ago. this time, I used an onion and it tasted like utter shit. so I had to dump it and make one anew, an onionless variety. It's passable. I need to taste something store bought to compare what I was missing.

New PC (to me: it was gifted), but I had to put my new GPU and I bought more RAM and a PSU to support the GPU, and hoooo FUCKING BOY. After POST, it boots windows in about 3 seconds. This is irresponsible.
Also 8 interceptors are in my neighborhood with cops looking at an open trunk. wtf.
