From my first ER visit at the beginning of November to now, I legit dropped 30lbs from eating right and some walking here and there at work. Now starting this gym/home VR workouts and we able to see how many more I can lose.

Ever since my hospital visit a month ago, I’ve really been concentrating on handling my stress. Today, it seems like EVERYTHING under these clouds is on every single nerve in my body. Fate’s just against me tonight. The stress is in me, and now anxiety and depression joining in on the fun.
