Justice Kavanaugh decided ICE thugs could racially profile people so now anyone with black hair is being detained. Tren de Aragua “narco terrorists“ are not the ones being detained. Being in this country without documentation is a misdemeanor not a death sentence.

Before the War Powers Act, CONGRESS had the responsibility. Article I, Section 8. It vested that power in Congress NOT the President, and the War Powers Act clarifies that more. It's not novel, JD. Thought you were an attorney? You should know this.
