I have ideas like…every thirty seconds. Most of them suck. But many of them have been scaffolding for ideas I am actively trying to come up with, and a computer cannot give you that, no matter how much of other artists’ blood sweat and tears you feed it.

"If you wouldn't take advice from someone, don't take criticism from them" has helped me move past a lot of things.
It goes hand it hand with the fact that random people can be wrong on the internet and it isn't actually your job to correct them, they can't hurt you.
