It’s only defamation if it’s untrue. The litigation of that fact is a lawyers dream.

So they won’t be able to address my complaint that @mohelaofficial.bsky.social overcharged me $380, which it admits and refuses to repay? Heading to small claims court but applying payments equally to two loans even when one is fully paid can’t just have happened to me. Dm me if affected by this
