I once learned, that even if you lie in your bed eyes closed but not able to sleep, your body still recovers energy. Thus this little info snippet often takes away the "stress" of having to fall asleep again resulting in me being able to fall asleep better 😅

That's pretty similar to what I do. I also despise the "new" Alt+Tab behavior which lists browser tabs. Oh and default search engine in edge.. they like to reset that for "best user experience" after every minor update.
