Hi David, this would be awesome. I’d love to help out if you need any resources or someone to interview. For the past 2 years I dove super deep into emetophobia research, treatment, interviewing hundreds of folks. Every bit of awareness we can create for emetophobia is so helpful.

Emetophobia exposure involves building a hierarchy and moving step-by-step. This can start with reading letters and words, working up to cartoons, animations, movies, videos, and activities. Vomiting is not needed. Exposure is more about building new skills and habits to break the phobia cycle.
