#Putin will aus der Europ. Antifolterkonvention austreten. Damit werden die letzten Schutzmaßnahmen gegen #Folter in #Russland bald unerreichbar sein. Besonders für jene, die wegen politisch motivierter Anklagen inhaftiert und in Haft oft Misshandlungen ausgesetzt sind, wäre das eine Katastrophe.
