Yes but you have to host it yourself on some kind of server or always on computer.

We use a piece of software that duplicates any Bsky post to Twitter and Mastodon within 5 minutes running locally. It also passes along Alt Text on photos and handles threading. It's been handy though there is that short lag time.

(excludes replies though to other people and I think reposts)
