I just assumed it was Kewpie, which comes in a weirdly squishy squeeze bottle which is half of its charm.

I always have a backup bottle (at least) because some stores don't sell it and even though I don't go to those stores, what if I do someday?

I've kinda felt like the online Cast Iron community is trying to neg-bully me into not using soap - they're all like, "It's perfectly safe to use a little dish soap - I, of course, would NEVER, but if YOU need to..."

It's not working - I use soap.
