I've a male Nuttall's woodpecker roosting nightly in a box. He prefers the entry hole facing the ground! He likes the "privacy panel" (roof overhang). He's adorable! Some mornings, he pokes his head out, surveys the scene, remembers Trump is pres. & goes back inside for a bit.

The Oak Titmouse hatchlings fledged yesterday (5-4-25) from Nest Box #1! Caught 4 on video (below)! However, I had a big surprise waiting for me in the same box today. A few hypotheses about this mystery. See next photo. A lone egg the next day after all birds fledged! Hmmm.
