Sadly they’re my water company.
If you are unlucky enough to have Thames Water as your supplier your bills will go up an average of £226 a year this April.

Not sure how to word this. Yes it’s awful. But is there a sense of compassion fatigue for eg Ukraine/Middle East. Is there something more about celebrity suffering?
I wish news reports would stop reeling off the names of all the celebrities who’ve lost homes in the Palisades wildfires. I’m sorry they’ve lost their homes, but they’ve probably got other homes to go to. I really feel for the ordinary people who’ve lost absolutely everything.

You're not alone. Me & OH don't buy each other presents, we prefer holidays (realise we're lucky). I reached state pension age last month and have treated myself to some gifts in recognition of that. There was a time I didn't think I'd make it.
