Love it. Thank you both
That Jonathan Harvey piece... OMG ❤️
(Not allowed to listen to 4 Last Songs if Mr S is in the house. Too beautiful to be actually played out loud)

This is v helpful as it prompted me to finally work out which one of them I directed to the gents, backstage at the Sage Gateshead years ago when we were both on a break from rehearsals (for different, very different, gigs)
It was Nash

Have to admit I've never been in there but I'll give it a whirl next farmer's market day!

I knew Di's name but having just looked her up it's from having seen her product lines not her designs.
I don't think what she's wearing on the show is encouraging me to research any further

In light of the first two episodes we can all rejoice that Britain's Best Knitters had the good sense to stand well clear
Hoping Holger holds it together for another week or so and then runs amok, setting fire to a pile of acrylic chunky and razing the whole place to the ground

Thanks!

And something odd about their look too
I think it was the pink wig. Made her head look positively massive compared to his and that was disconcerting
I loved his baffling description of being "dressed like a mint" though

"They'll be bringing their madcap brand of slapstick to the Basingstoke Anvil this Christmas as the Brokers' Men in Cinderella alongside Tilly Ramsay, Jane McDonald, Omid Djalili and the kids from the Muriel Flange School of Dance"

Absolute shite
Slightly fascinated to see if it stays as bad throughout. But definitely finger-on-the-FF-button stuff

Only value was in adding people to my Strictly wishlist (should that survive Tess & Claudia going)... Joe 1, Joe 2, Mark, possibly Nick
Otherwise, naaah

Oh, all the sympathy. I had 3 or 4 in a month - and then none since. 15 years and counting. They were really scary, especially the one that knocked out my ability to vocalise any nouns (all other parts of speech unaffected)
Take it easy, hoping you're over them for a long while ❤️

It did at least free us up to leave it there without any more worries about it pining away while we were off! And it was quite happy to see us on our return. It was just a "live for the moment" kind of dog. Possibly some kind of terrier/goldfish cross

We once dropped our dog off and were moved by its extravagant "don't leave me" display of whimpering and leg-clinging
Went back 5 minutes later as we'd forgotten to give them the vet card
It was still in reception playing with the staff and it COMPLETELY blanked us.
Filed away for future ref

The knitwear is the least offensive element here. The polo necks! The slacks!
(I'm assuming this is an ad for finidhed garments, not knitting patterns? Given that they are quite different in construction and style. They'd have been flogged separately if they were patterns I imagine)

I'll report back once I've worked out how to use it properly (eg how to add common markings quickly instead of drawing them in incompetently while losing my place...)
