I use mostly LinkedIn for posting, learning. Looked at X this week, after months not, surprised to find good content there. I look at Bluesky every week-ish, sometimes post. Had hope for bsky replacing X, but it's not the same. I use Instagram to learn from AYAs / younger people diagnosed. #AYACSM

😣 we often talk about transitions for people diagnosed with cancer. One of the hardest could be transitioning from one health insurance to another on New Year's Eve. This fact in the US is NOT patient centered care and is about money.

Just read your & Dr. Nipp's Series Intro. Fin Tox is a challenging conundrum for both pts & providers because so much is out of their hands. I love this intervention. Pt can educate the provider what their real costs are even w/ insurance. Max OOP annually + reduced income(s) = Fin Tox. Period.

This sounds interesting, congratulations. Wouldn’t it be great if navigation was the first Rx with a cancer dx?

It's 2025, EHRs need to be designed for quick id of pt/dx/tx and work up. info graphic? Dashboard? better ux for the current state???

i.e. when III3c cancer 2nd opinion is sought, disease specific consulted oncologist, staring at the EHR, should not need to start with "what are you here for?".
