These people are causing destruction that extends far beyond changing regulatory policy. The consequences of Makary’s leadership failure will be measured in sick, disabled, and dead people. Makary must be removed and his deeds must not be forgotten.

Marty Makary’s tenure must be remembered as a turning point. The moment when science took a backseat to spin. Accountability is not optional. The public deserves leadership rooted in truth, not fear. The FDA’s credibility depends on it.
