Had an interesting yet fruitful year when it came to mental health in that my son started kindergarten in September and I was initially worried for him as he's a 5 year old Non Speaking Autistic person and I worried how the other children would treat him plus how he would get on with the school

... the next day. Today I cry and sit with it. It just feels like a part of my being at this point. I talk about it in therapy and mentioned it in couple's counseling, but there's no clear thing to do about it right now
