My little sister called for costume help because she and her wife are going to a superhero themed Halloween party (her wife is going as Clark Kent, so she needs Lois Lane vibes).

Trigger me on a Google Meet showing off suit dresses like I'm on commission. Yes, yes, I have a suit you can borrow.

If there's anything that can quantify who I am as a person, it's the fact that I put together a grocery order and the total is $100 but the number of items is 11. Do I get rid of one item to have 10? No. Because some of those items are wine.

But seriously, though, engender such a good relationship with your Shipt shoppers that they just smile and laugh when you say "you're the only thing standing between me and the rest of my day drinking! I swear I'm not an alcoholic."

I work in a very large office with a lot of unnecessary trash cans, so a coworker decided we should attempt one communal trash receptacle. I never realized how many post-its I run through in a day. I've resorted to making tiny trash piles and periodically taking them to the other room.

Watching Kashus Culpepper on CBS Saturday Morning, and this might be the best lyric I've ever heard:

"Shе don't need a man that keeps talkin'
She needs a man of his word."

Good morning. 🤯

I'm not allowed to buy clothes online anymore until I can remember I just lost 15 pounds and have, like, no idea what that means realistically. New waistline, who dis?

I accomplished a lot this weekend, but I most importantly got my personal email inbox down to zero, and now I live in fear I can't maintain it.

One of my favorite adult activities is paying my mother when my father does me a favor, because he of course doesn't expect to be paid, she absolutely does, and it just makes me laugh.

I also enjoy sending her a $10 Venmo for "drugs," because I think it's diabolical.
