although I messed with the sauce a LOT, adding chickpeas for protein among other things.

I’ll have to look at that again after coffee. Right now I see some excellent principles, and a list of 3 good (Delta, Apple, Ben & Jerry’s) and 3 bad (McDonalds, Meta, Walmart) companies.

Sure. I just think that some people are daunted by absolutes and will think “I can’t go vegan, so I’m still gonna eat beef 5 times a week”. Reduction can help people gradually move to elimination.
