I lived in Las Vegas for three years nearly 20 years ago....and I N E V E R saw the strip empty like that, no matter the time of year or week or day.

I eat meat, cheese, butter, bread. I don't ever claim to be a "clean eating" advocate.
But scanning the labels of food and cutting out Red Dye 40 has made me not have allergic reactions anymore.

Since then, I've been scanning the ingredients of my food and very carefully cutting anything with Red Dye 40 out of my life.

And about....four years ago, I had a terrible allergic reaction to chili mango. And last year, I once again had an allergic reaction to fake crab.
