update: i didn’t fall asleep and instead just went to work 3 hours early
insomnia is so frustrating i’ve been trying to sleep for hours and now it’s just like ugh i should’ve gotten up and just done literally anything else instead of wasting my time 😤 (but truly i just want to sleep 😭)
