In January I started a new post as a head of year so I see all the time how important it is to be consistent with our behaviour expectations, and also how we communicate those consistently, regularly, clearly.

You need to do something consistently to make progress - but not necessarily perfectly! This is your reminder to give yourself the same grace you give to your students, every day/lesson is a fresh start.

Looks great, I was hoping to get stuck in for next year but my school have decided numbers aren't high enough for A level to run 😢 hopefully in the future
