Consistency means more than perfection Good habits, strong teaching routines, and positive relationships take time If you've had a bad lesson/day (or even if it just wasn't perfect)... don't worry! Reflect and learn what you can from it, then move on. What you do consistently matters more anyway.

A worksheet with a series of frames that have reflection questions in, my favourite memory was, I learned about, I was proud of myself for, I improved at, people who supported me were, my favourite book I read was, and next year I will spend more time on.

Haven't really tried doing much with AI yet, as I wasn't convinced it could give me anything worth using... but I was quite impressed this week when I asked chatgpt to write a fantasy story with lots of -er verbs (for practicing conjugations) #MFLBluesky

We do this at the start of most units, to get students used to the sound and spelling of new vocab - but we tend to use full sentences written out like this (I'm secondary, all years genuinely love it!)

I like the grid version you used!

My students this week have been practising with the read aloud / dictation toblerone!
Pairs take it in turns to read to their partner, and write what their partner is saying.
