We have a pro vax governor in KY, and an incredible head of health and human services— they both got us through the worst of COVID. But you can’t force people to vaccinate. Some folks have had their healthcare screwed up with the Trump cuts as well. People don’t know how to get care.

This whole feud with him losing his damn mind with this farmers market vendor is fairly indicative of how he navigates life.
