The pic below is from the Finance website. If Cda gets rid of our version of DST but Cda continues to work on the multilateral version. (A multilateral DST is preferable, but Cda grew tired of waiting for the OECD version.) Now Cda-US negotiations can continue. It does not prevent a DST.
