Tried to do the freckle thing. It wasn’t great but I also used cheap lip liner so I could have done a lot worse.

I went to a Friendsgiving organized by a queer group in my area and it was phenomenal. It’s my first holiday season since I stopped talking to my family and I really, really needed it.

I love rats but I do have one to blame for a lifetime fear of rodent bites.

I love Hazbin Hotel but it’s needs to start getting darker. Obviously there are very dark themes but I don’t like the repeated insinuation that every character is redeemable.

It’s not much now- just some ludwigia and dwarf sag- but I’m super pumped to turn this thing into a jungle. I’m thinking some crypts, a banana plant or red tiger lotus, and some anubias nana petite in that groove in the rock. Might hit it with some iron to get the red popping, too.

I think a lot of the examples of modern and performance art that people mock online are pretty neat and people should be able to make cool shit without taking it super seriously. It’s fun to create and discouraging people from making art is pretty shitty, especially when it’s from other artists.
