just lectured genevieve on scratching at the blinds to scare off a feral kitty i leave food out for. told her to let the kitty eat because it doesn’t have a nice house to live in, and all the toys and treats she has. 2 min later this is where i find genevieve.

bought this shelter for the feral kitten i’m trying to befriend. saw it was a green shade close to the color of my house and that it’s insulated, and that it had what i thought were two ways out. turns out one is a window. when it comes, what can i do to make that a flappable exit?

until today when i got the chimney inspected, genevieve thought that was her play place and she would make little black paw prints all over the built in shelves where she likes to lay. she is currently across the room with her legs crossed and she seems pissed.

this is my porch. it’s too cold in FL to be on it without a portable space heater, and i know nothing about them. needs to be easy to store for the 50 weeks FL is not cold. i do have an electrical outlet on the patio between the fist chair and the table in the foreground. would ❤️ suggestions. :)
