maybe one day in the future we’ll figure out the connection between c/ptsd and autoimmune function and push back on trauma dumping cause we’re all just out here bleeding on each other and it’s painful

the unique thing about trauma is that recollection of traumatic events does not pull from the part of the brain responsible for memory but the part of the brain that is experiencing the present moment…so when we constantly recall these traumas we’re reintroducing the mind body connection 😬
