Like a good neighbor, they don't want to move in with us! 😉

This is good; it speaks to me as a writer. I'm going to attend two county Democratic meetings today and I have a yearning to break through the horror that my friends are feeling. We have to punch through the fear and keep going. I can't think of anything that's more important right now.

The tyranny of the "other" is easy to see; it's the tyranny against anyone with power who opposes the leader that's our blind spot. We think it's an aberration when senators, pollsters, or journalists are attacked because it scares us. We've always had someone to hold the line.
