A year ago today I plighted my troth to @schuyler.info and then our chuppah holders blew duck calls during @yoz.bsky.social’s speech. It was a pretty great wedding and it’s been a pretty great year.

I got two new chickens. All my birds so far have been named for Dragon Age companions, but nothing was quite clicking for the small, skulking black Cuckoo Maran and the fluffy ginger Hampbar until I saw the latter repeatedly try to fight her own reflection.
