I use time-travel. I have a multi-verse with an Indra's net kind of connection based on time-traveling lizards mucking about and flinging velociraptors everywhere willy-nilly. This lets the same mad scientist be in two different books (METAL & FAT MONSTER) doing crazy shit. #horrorwriterschat
