Last I checked, the power to impose taxes, including tariffs, is held by Congress, not the President. Also, any bill designed to raise revenue must originate in the House of Representatives specifically. Is anyone going to, you know, mention that, as Trump goes on signing executive orders?

I took advantage of the weather for a bike ride in George Bush Park (Barker Reservoir). :-) It was perfect. But that's definitely a place to watch out for critters, including alligators. There are warning signs at the bayou crossings.
