Okay nurses, as I currently work a night shift and think about the issues with healthcare, let’s brainstorm solutions. How do we get legislated safe patient ratios? In my opinion this is the single biggest determinant to our current system.

Can we please normalize being kind to new nurses? New to the profession…new to your workplace…new to your unit. They are learning and deserve time and patience
