My little Mendoza left this world just over 48 hrs ago, and we are so crushed. My condo is empty, my days are empty. We’ve tried to get out and be somewhere else - which is only slightly less horrible.
I did spend a good amount of time today finding photos of her. She was our beautiful princess. 💔

Today has been one of the worst days of my life. My cat was diagnosed with lymphoma that has grown quickly & spread thru her body.
We’re likely down to days with her as she is too old & too advanced in the disease for all of us to do treatment.
Hoping for at least this weekend with my best girl.

I beg to differ a bit because this is all political. Yes, we can be supportive & have empathy. Also when I see things like this tweet where governmental spending (or lack of) impacts people, we need to make it political. Spending $$$ on important services to save lives should be priority.
