Trump says we need to go after drug cartels.

Meanwhile, he disbanded a DOJ task force that took them on.

And he pardoned a former Honduran president convicted of drug trafficking.

Trump doesn't care about drugs — he wants to be able to declare war on anyone he labels an enemy.

It's a power grab.

Trump's troops are making federal cases out of low-level arrests — such as possession of an open container — in DC.

Meanwhile, his administration has rolled back enforcement actions against 165 lawbreaking corporations since January.

The battle of our day is no longer about Democrats versus Republicans or left versus right.

The choice right now is democracy or dictatorship. And we're sliding faster than I ever thought possible into the latter.

Everyone must choose which side they’re on.

Voters in red states have recently passed ballot measures securing paid sick leave, abortion access, higher wages, & more.

Just this year, Republican state legislators advanced 148 bills undermining ballot measures.

We must defend our democracy from statehouses to the White House.

On this day in 1911,146 workers died in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire.

The bosses responsible were never held accountable for the awful working conditions that sparked the blaze.

Remember this today as politicians and their corporate backers attack workplace safety.

Elon Musk's PACs have spent millions backing Trump loyalist Brad Schimel in Wisconsin's Supreme Court race.

If Schimel wins, the court could uphold a total abortion ban, attacks on unions, and gerrymandered maps — and change state law to benefit Tesla.

Watch.

Meanwhile, the wages of the bottom 90% have seen just 44% growth.

Over 40 DOL offices that inspect workplace safety have been closed — and staff investigating child labor and wage theft are on the chopping block.

This isn't due to luck or skill.

Lawmakers can use privileged information to trade stocks while they’re supposed to be working for you.

Consider: the richest 10% of Americans hold nearly 70% of the nation’s wealth – while the bottom 50% hold just 3%.
