So this isn't Slavic but. I made a sandworm for my friend's Dune watching party tomorrow and I've never cooked anything this complicated and I'm extremely proud of it!

Gonna make swedish meatballs and baked potatoes, turnips, parsnips, and squash.
was gonna do mashed potatoes, but not feeling very well, and diced baked potatoes and veggies seems a cute touch, oh, carrots as well

Thai panting curry with chicken 😋 Nice contrast to the currys heat. The cocktail is juto yuzu sake with a dash of plum wine with sparkling water

Baked a loaf, 70% semolina 30% 0 type flour and 70% hydration. I will wait couple of hours to open it, needs to rest untill it's cold ~ so that's like 3 hours. It can stay out like that for a day and after that I put it in a bread bag and it stays a good for almost a week
