This morning, the Senate Finance Committee will hear Senate Bill 83, the Innovation in Government Fund to strengthen state capacity by equipping agencies w the resources & expertise needed to enforce clean energy initiatives, a key element of laying the groundwork for a cleaner, more resilient NM.
