It’s crazy how Christmas Eve goes from the most calm, beautiful joy of watching your little one excitedly prepare for Santa, followed by hours of immense anxiety as you creep around the house desperate for them to stay asleep and terrified of them waking!

Stormy Sundays are a good day to settle down with a warm tea, and watch a few good Classical Pilates “observe and learn” videos to keep my brain and teaching tip top!

We don’t have snow often here on the south coast, but when it comes it’s so pretty!
