Found this old note. Guessing it’s from a teacher? I was likely not personally involved in “our work” whatever that was.

He can orally do pattern spelling, reading question answers. When he silent reads and answers test items, he has low comprehension. He has a lot of restless body movement. While seated he fiddles with pencils, toys, erasers. He is up and out to the bathroom or over to the fountain for water any time he can do it. However, he understands when he may not be up.. This restless activity indicates a lack of focus and personal involvement in our work.
