My favourite sign in the building! Thinking of getting a Tech Support (not public health) equivalent made for my support team 😀

The boy’s beetlejuice costume has gone down well this year 👻 🎃

Slowly getting back to being able to move some weight around. Have taken it very slowly, worked on ankle mobility and squat is now above 100kg and to a decent depth.

Huge relief that nobody was seriously hurt. A written off racer means a new project for the spring. The organisers will re-assess critical barrier locations.

The damage to the racer meant a very unusual crash on the wrong side of the course. A grass bank launched the car into spectators.

We spoke to the race organisers again today who have let us know the suspected fractures are severe bruising and everyone will recover quickly ❤️

Speed gun at the fastest point on the course clocked us at 31mph. 3mph faster than the course record. Then disaster…

Driver clipped a cone in the high speed chicane. Punctured front right wheel and broke the steering column. Left the course and hit the crowd.

Huge push start, managed to hit our highest starting speed. I wouldn’t say I spent the last year lifting in the gym just for this… but it wasn’t not for this.

Eventful weekend at the Cookham Dean gravity race. Held off posting until we knew everyone was out of hospital and ok.

Started well. Had an early run number and dry weather window. Hoped to improve on last years 3rd place. (The child was not driving in the race!)

Fun afternoon skating with the kids. The boy has gone from awkward to steezy in the blink of an eye.

More sending it off things while walking with the family. Rude to walk past a perfect spot like this.

Taught the kids about water safety today. Check for depth before yeeting from tree.

Couple of weeks in the mountains now. Glorious stuff.

Where do you get dinner for fussy kids halfway through France on the way to the alps? 🇸🇪

This thing is garbage. Bring back the Biscoff McFlurry.

AI watercolours of the property, exactly what I need to help with this house hunt.

Surprised the article doesn't include pictures of the gardening tools. I have attached to this post. FWIW, I am pleased the police stop people who are carrying things like this on their belt in public www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025...

Put some fake grass under the monkey bars. Local feline territorial war was being fought through aggressively shitting in the playbark / chippings previously there.

Look forward to the morning and seeing if territorial shittings (a Nirvana bootleg) extends to Astro turf,

Having had an absurd number of organs removed from her abdomen as preventative cancer treatment, my mother has been discharged from intensive care to her own room.

She will be taking refreshments on her private balcony while England play India 🏏.

Quinn Simmonds, looking like he should be at NASCAR, is the best styled rider of this year’s Tour de France. That 🇺🇸 national champs jersey is exceptional, as is the Mississippi mud flap / handlebar tache / wrap around shades combo.

Hawking our wares at the village fete. First dip of a toe into selling some crafted stuff.

Brilliant show by Stephen Wilson Jr. last night in Bristol. He’s playing Glastonbury if you’re lucky enough to be there

Getting there with Steve’s Lava Chicken. Price of gold means gilding this is going to set me back a tenner ⭐️

Village fete next week and it seems we’ve volunteered to sell some craft things. Getting some reverse glass bits finished.
