This was a real tweet posted on Lindsey Graham’s account. WTH is wrong with these people????

As Rev. Cremer put it, the people upset with the good bishop for what she said are really upset with the teachings of Christ. They either don’t realize that or don’t want to acknowledge it.

Incredibly sad that this is necessary b/c of the very real fear that students & their families may be arrested in schools (and churches & hospitals). Schools, churches, & hospitals should be peaceful places of learning, healing, and worship rather than places of fear. This policy is abhorrent.

Just adding this: I’m deeply grateful for my family. My wife and daughter are everything to me and I love them dearly—there’s nobody I’d rather be with.

And I’m also grateful for the many other people and families of all types who are such a blessing to me, our family, and our community. ❤️🌈🙏🏻

This is a good thing—there are definite advantages for kids growing up in stable, intact families. And that’s exactly what we’re doing in our family.

At the same time, I think we’ve got to be very careful about the messages we send in sharing things like this. 1/
