Boasberg has found that probable cause exists to hold the Trump administration in criminal contempt for violation of his order regarding using the Alien Enemies Act to deport people suspected of being Venezuelan gang members.

Boasberg has found that probable cause exists to hold the Trump administration in criminal contempt for violation of his order regarding using the Alien Enemies Act to deport people suspected of being Venezuelan gang members.
