Tonight I had to visit A&E (ER) here in the #UK.
The #NHS staff were kind. Caring and compassionate.
They had a 9 hour wait to be seen by a doctor (triage and bloods and checks done within 40 minutes of arrival).
Please show those people who care for us some compassion as well.

So even in the early months of #Bluesky the spammers and bots have arrived. It will be an interesting thing to see what the platform looks like in 24 months and if the power of the #community can help police the system with #decentralizedSupport like #GiffGaffMobile does in the #UK

Day two on #Bluesky and pleased to see I don’t have hundreds of app notifications telling me stuff I don’t need to know or bothered about. Older social media systems feel massively outdated. Loving what I see so far @jay.bsky.team ! Now to work out how to build a corporate profile!
