2. Historically, our constitution rests as much on convention and principle as on law.
If we only ask "is it lawful?" we'll be throwing most of our protections out the window.
And if the only constraints that government recognises are legal, it can't complain about the judicialisation of politics.

I like it. Admittedly it only takes me about 2 minutes to read everything new, but at least it's what I want to see. Twitter is now a sewer, and Threads won't allow you to only see those you follow (or at least didn't the last time I checked).
